Your time in grad school is definitely one of growth. As one of my awesome students just put it bluntly today, graduate school is definitely difficult but it shouldn’t be a pity party. One of the best ways to keep it from veering in that direction is by balancing hard work and dedication in the lab with a healthy life. An oldie but a goodie
